slating

I popped round today at 4.30pm and spoke to the joiners who were fitting the insulation. They have completed the insulation to the first floor rooms. I'm a bit concerned at how hot it is going to be. I also test drove the big patio doors and they open suprisingly easily for their size.

The Slaters have started and the front windows have been boarded so they don't smash them. I am very peased with the slaters work and how the slates look on the roof. They are putting a flashing up the timber where the skew stones will sit as they go.

Beginning to look like a house rather than a large colourful wendy house.
